I have a passion for cooking and view cooking in much the same manner as leadership and service. Start with a good balance of ingredients. In my experience as a volunteer and leader, I have tried to serve in a way that offers Godly wisdom, honesty, humility and integrity, ingredients that offer the best results, just as in cooking. My God given spiritual gifts are Leadership, Administration and Faith. I believe together these gifts will support and provide direction for me as a CON member for these gifts together address components of a good CON member, that bring an organized leader who reads and studies in advance, is observant, pays attention to discussions and prayerfully seeks and trusts in Godly guidance and wisdom.
In my professional life, I worked for the Federal Government as a Human Resource Manager specializing in Recruitment and Placement.
